FIRE PRECAUTIONS
The Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1989

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5(1) and 43(1) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971[1], I hereby make the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.
2. An application for a fire certificate in respect of any premises shall be in the form specified in the Schedule to these Regulations or a form to the like effect.
3. The Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1976[2] are hereby revoked.
