    The Secretary of State for Wales makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[1] and of all other enabling powers:—
        1.    The London-Holyhead Trunk Road (Gwalchmai By-Pass) Order 1978[2] is hereby revoked.
        2.    This Order shall come into force on 8th February and may be cited as the London-Holyhead Trunk Road (Gwalchmai By-Pass) (Revocation) Order 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order revokes an Order made under section 7 of the Highways Act 1959, which established the line for the route of the proposed Gwalchmai By-pass.
