ROAD TRAFFIC

The A1400 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1998

	Made	12th January 1998
	Coming into force	26th January 1998

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: -

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A1400 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 26th January 1998.

Amendments
    2.The A1400 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In the table in Schedule 3A item 2 is deleted.

    4.In the table in Schedule 2B a new item is added as follows -
